Mayfair Construction is a trusted resource in the home-build industry with two locations in New York and Connecticut.  We are proud to have them be one of our Industry Advocates and this week’s Project Spotlight!

Founded in Tradition

Timothy Ryan joined the construction industry in 1986 and formed Mayfair Construction with John Leone in 1990. Following John’s retirement in 2014, Tim became the sole owner of Mayfair Construction. His thirty plus years of experience have instilled a dedicated attention to detail and inspired an intimate client management style.  His clients are reassured that Mayfair remains dedicated to integrity, quality, and reliability.

Mayfair works with some of the finest architects in Connecticut and New York and is often involved in the construction design and budget process. Over the years they have forged strong working relationships with the most professional craftsman, subcontractors and suppliers. A tradition of attention to detail and personal service has helped them establish a distinguished reputation among their peers. This foundation in tradition has been the key to their success as custom builders and real estate developers.

Mayfair Construction is a U.S. Green Building Council Member and a Member of the Institute of Classical Architecture and Art.
