Renovation Angel was very proud to help sponsor the most recent Domestic Estate Management Association (DEMA) Convention in Scottsdale, Arizona. The 5th Annual event took place on the weekend of August 26th at the Westin Kierland Resort & SPA. Our President and Co-Founder, Steve Feldman, gave the opening and closing remarks.

“We should all become “agents of change” to expand the good work being done through DEMA.  I encourage all PSP’s (Private Service Professionals) to invite their preferred suppliers to DEMA meetings and likewise, preferred suppliers should welcome the PSP’s they are working with to participate,” said Steve.  He continued, “With these efforts we expand our network and ultimately the betterment of the private service industry.”

In addition to his speaker duties, Steve was also a panelist on the “How to go “Green” with your Estate” panel.  The ec0-green panel received lively participation and positive feedback from convention attendees who all applauded the panelists efforts to promote environmental sustainability.

With the convention over, Renovation Angel President Steve Feldman will again go back to helping others connect through their DEMA communities. After much success revitalizing the DEMA chapter in New Jersey, Steve will soon begin work with other chapters (including: San Francisco, Los Angeles, Austin, Chicago, and Miami) to help them build stronger membership networks throughout the US.

Founded in 2007, DEMA was created to provide a forum for Private Service Professionals and certified service vendors interested in better serving & protecting the best interests of their clients. The fundamental purpose of the association is to raise industry standards. Members have access to local chapter meetings, educational materials, webinars and a network of individuals striving to make a difference in the luxury home services industry.

With memberships in over 50 states and 18 countries around the globe, DEMA members take their role protecting, preserving, and managing the estates they work on very seriously.
